Will Kriski, M.Sc., aka Potato Strong lost 35 lbs eating a low fat, no oil plant-based diet adhering to The Starch Solution by Dr. John McDougall all while sitting on his butt like most software developers. After experimentation and lots of Googling, Will came up with a variety of simple, quick, tasty comfort food meals that filled him up while dropping the extra pounds. So he decided to share these recipes with the world.
Will was so excited when he discovered that the potato was not only healthy, but incredibly filling and tasty leading to dramatic fat loss with ease. So he created a Facebook page, YouTube channel and Instagram account called Potato Strong, which has exploded in popularity with over 11,000 subscribers and growing each day.

A must-have book to get yourself on the road to healthy meals!

Will Kriski has done a fantastic job with this book. I'm trying to start eating healthier meals, and I'm not a great cook. However, these recipes are presented with such clarity and detail, that I have no problem following the directions. So far, I've enjoyed his smoothie recipe (outstanding!), and I'm looking forward to exploring further. Another great thing about the book is that Will takes the time to describe his own variations on the recipes, as well. A must-have!

Easy and quick!

All of the recipes were very good and easy to make. They made sure to use ingredients that anyone would actually have at home, unlike most vegan/plant based recipe books. I use this recipe book all of the time. I hope they make another one soon!
